As a principal in DAENG, Mr. Massoud has a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering and possesses 35 years of experience in mechanical engineering and his responsibilities include:

  • Project Management and discipline leader
  • Acting as primary liaison to clients
  • Developing design concepts
  • Analyzing and selecting building systems
  • Providing technical direction in preparation of contracts drawings/specifications
  • Developing cost estimations
  • Providing contract administration
  • Quality control/Quality assurance
  • Establishment of functional and design standards

Mr. Massoud is a member of the American Society of Heating, Ventilation and air Conditioning Engineers, the American Society of Plumbing Engineers, and the National Fire Protection Association.

SAM ODEH, LEED AP, CBCxP-Commissioning:


Principle of the firm, Mr. Odeh has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and 26 years of experience in electrical engineering design and project management. He has designed and specified lighting, power distribution systems, and fire alarm systems for residential, convention facilities, educational, governmental, water and wastewater, communication, hospitality, institutional, commercial and retail facilities. His current responsibilities include:

  • Acting as liaison to clients
  • Providing design, construction drawings and specifications
  • Cost estimates
  • Providing inspection services
  • Providing construction and contract administration
  • Providing feasibility studies
  • Quality control/Quality assurance

OMAR JOUHER, P.E., LEED AP, CBCxP-Commissioning:


Mr.Jouher has a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and is a senior lectrical engineer with background in short circuit and coordination studies power and lighting distribution design and software communication design and has 14 years of experience in various project design. His current responsibilities include:

  • Preparing design drawings and specifications
  • Short circuit analysis and coordination studies
  • Inspection services and field surveys
  • Drawings records management

GEORGE OMA:


Mr. Oma is an electrical engineer with B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and 30 years of experience in designing power distribution and lighting systems for industrial plants, governmental, institutional and commercial buildings providing engineering design, specifications, project management, planning and quality control. He has been responsible for the design of high and medium voltage power distribution and lighting systems for the government and private projects. Current responsibilities include:

  • Procurement and contract administration
  • Program planning and quality control
  • Design for medium and high voltage power substation
  • Perform power system studies

ROLAND JACOB:


Mr. Jaco, an associate has a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and possesses 25 years of engineering experience. His experience encompasses projects for numerous federal, state and local government agencies. His primary responsibilities include:

  • Project management and discipline leader
  • Providing design and construction drawings for plumbing and Fire Protection systems
  • Analyzing and selecting the most economical solutions and systems
  • Preparing construction drawings and specifications.
  • Reviews projects for code and regulation compliance
  • Resolving technical problems due to obsolete equipment and restrictive space
  • Developing design parameters for new buildings
  • Quality control/Quality assurance

He is currently a member of American Society of Plumbing Engineers.

Mr. Qancy, is an associate, has a M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and possesses 16 years of engineering experience. His experience encompasses projects for several federal, state and government agencies. His primary responsibilities include:

  • Start up and Commissioning services
  • Building mechanical systems design
  • Conducting inspections and field survey
  • Preparing projects qualifications
  • Performs research and writes reports and opinion
  • Sustainable design
  • Develop systems options based upon life cycle cost analysis
  • Review of construction submittals and resolution of design/construction deviations
